Our goal is to offer the freshest and most natural foods available in a relaxed waterfront setting. Our fixed menu changes seasonally and our black board specials change weekly. Each is complimented by the Inland Northwest’s most extensive regional wine list and a selection of finely crafted mircrobrews.
Our foods are sourced from sustainable, small family owned ranches, farms & fishing boats. In season our fruits and vegetables are harvested from our own or our ‘neighbors’ gardens.
The restaurant is located in the heart of historic Sandpoint on Sand Creek in an old bank building which houses both the Bistro and the Inn at Sand Creek. In warmer months outside dining on Sand Creek affords boat access to the beautiful garden terraced
dining area.
